Artistic concepts are the musings of the artist, the journey taken from the initial thought of creating a piece, to beginning it’s physical creation. Many of the world’s most successful artists have created work with highly intellectual concepts driving the creativity. My question is, have there ever been any works of art where the concept or backstory behind a piece, have prevented it from being sold or admired?
